Motorsport Photographer Frits van Eldik Exhibits at Museum Ton Schulten

Starting February 8, Museum Ton Schulten presents the captivating exhibition Racing Imagination by Frits van Eldik. The motorsport photographer, renowned for his iconic images of Le Mans, Formula 1, and other motorsport highlights, merges his passion for speed, technology, and art in this unique showcase.

For the first time, several works from the so-called Monaco Project will be displayed in Ootmarsum, featuring photographs of the Monaco Grand Prix start taken from the hills near La Turbie. These extraordinary images offer a breathtaking perspective of one of the world’s most iconic circuits, making this exhibition a must-see for motorsport enthusiasts and art connoisseurs alike.

With a career spanning over 35 years, Frits van Eldik has established himself as one of the leading photographers in the motorsport world. His work captures the essence of speed and emotion, producing images that are both powerful and artistic. For this exhibition, the photos have been printed on a large scale and displayed on LED panels, enhancing the intensity and dynamism of his work.

The Racing Imagination by Frits van Eldik exhibition runs from February 8 to March 30, 2025, at Museum Ton Schulten in Ootmarsum. Tickets, including access to the exhibition, cost €7.
